Here’s more about the 6 restaurants:

OSIA (Festive Walk)
Many friends have recommended Osia as one of their favourite restaurants within RWS. Led by Australian Celebrity Chef Scott Webster and local Chef de Cuisine Douglas Tay, the energy inside is quite infectious, with an open-kitchen where chefs present Western dishes using fresh Australian produce.

For steak lovers, I would recommend the Grainge Black Angus Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Sauce – tender and well-executed. Do not leave without trying at least one of its desserts – the indulgent luscious Valrhona Hot Chocolate Soup or Vanilla Mascarpone Iced Parfait.

Forest 森 (Equarius Hotel, Lobby)
Forest 森at Equarius Hotel is known for its 8-course and 10-course Discovery Menu, and “theatre kitchen” where you can catch the chefs in action. Local celebrity chef Sam Leong helming it needs little introduction, bringing contemporary Chinese fine dining to a distinctive arena – with Western and Thai influences.

An example is the Pan-fried Lamb Chop marinated with Cumin Powder in Green Curry Sauce ($38++), with a smooth divine Chinese style pan-cake carrot cake on the side. Your taste buds should come expecting surprises.

Tangerine (ESPA, Level 1)
A short walk away from Forest 森, you will find spa cuisine restaurant Tangerine within the ESPA. This spells tranquillity. The menu conceptualised by Chef Sam Leong and his wife Chef Forest Leong, has three defining features – it’s light, healthy and nutritious. Try Chef Forest’s creation, a Sous Vide Salmon Fillet with Red Capsicum Coulis and Tamarind Sauce ($22++), which brings health and flavours in a single dish.

Palio (Hotel Michael, Lobby)
A distinctive feature of Italian restaurant Palio is the use of warm orange colour, which also provides hints of the food and service you are likely get. Food served is authentic Tuscan cuisine, prepared with seasonal ingredients air-flown from Italy.

Other than the Hotel Michael Signature Pizza, the traditional handmade Pici Pasta, classic Tiramisu and fork tender Maialetto Grilled Kurobuta Pork Loin, makes hearty choices suitable for the family.

Starz Restaurant (Hard Rock Hotel Singapore, Lobby)
Starz Restaurant within Hard Rock Hotel Singapore is modern looking with violet purple hued lighting, serving semi-buffet lunch and buffet dinner.

The spread of international and local cuisine provides a range from Singapore hawker favourite Laksa, Northern Indian curries, Japanese sushi to Italian gelato. Other than live stations, you can also request for some dishes prepared ala minute. Now, that’s great service.

KT’s Grill (Inside Universal Studios Singapore)
After rides in Universal Studios Singapore, friends always get cravings for churros, milkshakes and hotdogs. Sometimes steak. You can head to KT’s Grill, modelled after an old-town authentic New York Grill from the 50s.

Other than Bangers & Mash with a trio of flavored sausages – Italian herb, pork with swiss cheese & bratwurst, there are other filling options of Grain Fed Striploin, Thin-cut Ribeye Steak, Shephard’s Pie and Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Alfredo. Portions are sizable, you won’t get hungry.

We’re always hungry after playing rides in USS but the food looks really pricey & the places are crowded so we hardly get to check them out. However, looking at your posts makes me crave for bratwurst sausages, Shephard’s Pie & yummy steak!

Hope to be the lucky one so we don’t have to starve after our rides anymore!

My choice would definitely be Forest 森! Situated at Equarius Hotel, AND helmed by celebrity chef Sam Leong??? Reason enough! Additionally, the fusion of several cultural cuisines not only marries the different cuisines of sophistication, more importantly, for the diners, a tantalizing and exquisite taste of various influences through food is served. It certainly doesn’t hurt either that the elevation of conventional Chinese fare is few and rare in our little Singapore.

My personal favourite experience that i went was to Palio during CNY, and it was fully filled with people even local Singaporeans were there. I hate to admit but my first impression was if it was really worth the wait? But u will never know till u have tried! I have to say I was really lucky that day. The staff that worked on that day was super attentive and we managed to be seated within 15 to 20 minutes.

There were several varieties and variations that we plan onto trying on the menu, and I must say that the typical dishes are well made with fresh ingredients. One of the most anticipating dish was the succulent and scrumptious 600grams Fiorentina T-bone steak. I would definitely recommend everyone to give it a try!

My favourite restuarant from RWS is OSIA (Festive Walk) because it is an open-kitchen concept which enchance the dining experience as i will be able to see the chefs cooking in action. Additionally, their signature dishes is a must try at least once before you die or you will regret dish. Lastly, not only the food is of the best quality, the service given is world class that makes every single cent worth spending.

Tangerine by Chef Forest and Sam Leong is my favourite for delicious meals that are healthy and nutritional! I like how a full course meal there does not make me feel like I've eaten a ton and I feel good afterwards.

A prefect match: The premium cut of meat and premium chocolate for a prefect match meal. A distinctive creation of menu.

OSIA! For a steak lover, I definitely will enjoy a great piece of steak coupled with the pleasure of watching the skilled chefs prepare the delectable dish like an art form. Plus, there’s nothing better than to end off the already-fabulous meal with desserts! Would be great to have a chance to visit on my 20th birthday this year!

My boyfriend and I dined at Forest 森 during our staycation at Equarius hotel this week and it has become one of favourite restaurants. We love their Pork Ribs in sweet vinegar and Cream of Avocado. The pork ribs are well marinated and the meat is so tender. Absolutely divine! We definitely love to be back again, especially as a RWS member!
